Understanding Me: Mental Health Basics is a ready-to-deliver (via our learning platform or printed) wellbeing programme designed to help young people explore mental health in a safe, relatable and stigma-free way. 

Developed for learners in Key Stages 3, 4 & 5 — especially those requiring emotional support — it offers accredited, structured learning that builds confidence and self-awareness.
