Calm & Confident: Stress & Anxiety Toolbox is a calming, reflective wellbeing programme built around mindfulness, stress awareness, and emotional regulation techniques. It’s designed to support learners in Key Stages 3, 4 & 5 who may struggle with anxiety, low mood, impulsivity or emotional overload.
Through simple, practical exercises, learners develop self-awareness and coping skills — all recognised by official AQA certification.
