Bounce Back: Building Resilience & Confidence is a positive, empowering wellbeing programme that helps young people develop emotional resilience, build confidence, and strengthen their ability to handle setbacks.
Designed for KS3, 4 & 5 learners, particularly those with SEMH needs, this pathway teaches practical strategies for self-esteem, assertiveness and stress management – all backed by AQA recognition.
