Mindful Moments: Meditation & Relaxation is a practical, sensory wellbeing programme for Key Stage 3 and 4 learners. Designed to reduce anxiety, improve focus, and nurture emotional balance, this pathway introduces young people to meditation and calming techniques through guided practice. 

Ideal for Alternative Provision, SEND and pastoral support, the programme helps learners develop daily habits that promote peace and self-awareness — all supported by AQA Unit Awards.
