Through this course, students will identify at least three positive activities that enhance their self-esteem and create a practical plan to incorporate self-care into their daily routines.
Learners will review and adjust their plans, ensuring they are effective and achievable, and will share their plan with a trusted adult for support.
In addition, students will reflect on the key things that make them feel good, building their understanding of how mindfulness and self-care can improve their mental wellbeing.
This qualification helps learners develop a strong foundation in mindfulness, self-care, and emotional resilience.
